🇳🇴 Cooks of Crocus Hill – Stillwater, St. Paul, and Minneapolis, Minnesota – Shop, learn, celebrate with Cooks and all things foodie. Cooks is constantly adding classes to their lineup, including an upcoming virtual evening with Marcus Samuelsson (January 2021).

Lefse King – Minneapolis, Minnesota – Shop, read, learn about all things lefse from Synnøve-Nordkap member Gary Legwold. Gary teaches in November and December. He also posts on his blog about lefse and lutefisk.

Lefse Time – Online only – This site has a store for lefse making supplies, recipes, videos, and a blog about Scandinavian baking. There is even a recipe for lefse without potatoes. What?!

St. Olaf College – Northfield, Minnesota – St. Olaf offers many concerts and recitals online on demand with video and audio. 

St. Paul Chamber Orchestra – St. Paul, Minnesota – SPCO offers an extensive online concert library, including performances of pieces by Scandinavian composers like Edvard Grieg.

🇳🇴 Smithsonian Institution – Washington, DC – View online exhibits and images, watch videos, and read stories in the Smithsonian’s online searchable museum. The Smithsonian also offers many free and priced online events on varying topics.
