Our Genealogy information and resources are open to the public with some exceptions. These exceptions are at the password protected Genealogy Group Private Page.
The Synnøve-Nordkap Genealogy Group invites all Zone 9 lodge members of the Sons of Norway to attend our meetings. All nationalities are welcome. The group meets on the 2nd Saturday of the month, January – April, June, September, October, and November. The group meets from 10 am – 12 pm. The location of the meetings varies. Locations can be found on the calendar page of our lodge newsletter, The SynNor Brevet.
We keep a list on the private page (password required) of members in the Genealogy Group containing their contact information and other details pertinent to genealogical research, such as family names searched and areas of expertise.
The password to access our private genealogy page may be obtained if you are a lodge member by attending one of our meetings and joining our group, or by sending an email to Synnove-Nordkap e-mail stating your interest, contact information, and family information.
